Hallo ihr Lieben! Vor einer Woche habe ich in der Stempelwundewelt mit den neuen Nuvo Shimmer Powders experimentiert und ich muss sagen, die Farben sind toll! Am besten hat mir golden sparkler gefallen. Eine wahnsinnig schöne Farb-Zusammensetzung. Beim Ausprobieren erinnerten mich die Farben an eine Galaxie und so entstand auch die Kartenidee.
Ich habe also zu Beginn ein festes Aquarellpapier verwendet und Wasser aufgesprüht. Danach kamen die Nuvo Shimmer Powders Lilac Waterfall, Golden Sparkler und etwas Storm Cloud für die Ränder dazu. Ich habe alles trocknen lassen und war vom Schimmer-Effekt wirklich begeistert.
Im nächsten Schritt habe ich das Papier mit der „All prettied up“ Stanze von Mama Elephant ausgestanzt und vor allem am Rand Black Soot Distress Oxide Stempelfarbe aufgetragen. Mit Deckweiß kamen noch weiße Sterne dazu.
Ich entschied mich für das Stempelset „Wish upon a Star“ und habe einen der Sprüche direkt auf dem Hintergrund mit weißem Embossing-Pulver embossed. Ein paar der anderen Motive habe ich mit Copic Stiften koloriert, ausgestanzt und mit Foam dots befestigt.
Zu guter Letzt kamen noch ein paar Akzente mit Nuvo Glitter Drops in Gold Coast dazu. Alle Schritte sind hier in der Photo-Story zusammengefasst:

Hello everyone! One week ago I experimented with the new Nuvo shimmer powders @ the Stempelwunderwelt headquarters. The colors are simply amazing and golden sparkler was my absolute fav. When using the different colors I thought of a galaxy which was the inspiration for today’s card.
I started with spraying water onto a heavy watercolor cardstock. Then I added the Nuvo Shimmer Powders Lilac Waterfall, Golden Sparkler and also a bit of Storm Cloud for the edges. I let everything dry and was fascinated by the shimmer.
For the next I step I diecut the paper with the „All prettied up“ die from Mama Elephant and added black soot distress oxide ink to the edges. I used opaque white to create some stars.
I decided to use the stamp set „Wish upon a Star“ and heat-embossed one of the greetings with white embossing powder. Some of the other images I colored with Copic markers, diecut them and adhered them with foam dots to the background.
Last but not least I applied some Nuvo Glitter Drops in Gold Coast. All the cardmaking steps are shown in the photo story below:
